On Sunday, April 4, 2021, a NEVCO Special Webinar has been held as well as the closing of the 2021 NEVCO Competition. The webinar event was held in order to enliven the NEVCO 2021 Competition. 


This event is held offline and online through the Zoom meeting. The webinar ran from 7.30am to 11.30pm and went smoothly. By inviting national and international speakers the NEVCO Special Webinar went well and was full of useful talks. The speakers for the NEVCO Special Webinar, namely Dr. Peter Waterworth (Formerly Head, Department of Social Sciences and Foundations of Education Deakin University, Australia) and Dr. Afrianto Daud (Lecturer, Researcher, Education consultant, Alumnus of Monash University Australia), and moderated by Sharizan (Mapres 1 FKIP 2021, Quarter Finalist Novice NUDC National 2021). 


This event was opened by Mardela Ningsih as the MC of the event. And continued with the delivery of material by Dr. Peter Waterwoth. In this session, Dr. Waterwoth and the participants discussed about "Control your future". Discussing suggestions for what we should do and what we should avoid to control our future. This session ran smoothly and conducive, and the participants actively asked to the speakers. 

Furthermore, Dr. Peter Waterwoth delivered his material, followed by Dr. Afrianto by discussing "Being a Productive, Creative, and Innovative Student". The participants are actively involved in discussions and questions. And the discussion session ended with speakers on the NEVCO Special Webinar.


After the delivery of the material from the speakers, it was followed by the announcement of the winners of the NEVCO 2021 Competition. As we know, the NEVCO 2021 Competition has been carried out since the beginning of registration on February 22, 2021, then the time has come for the announcement of the winners on April 4, 2021.

• Poster Design Competition Winners:

-2nd Winner : Vania Gita Salsabila (Pekanbaru, Riau) 

-3rd Winner : Jasmine Fauza Khalida (Pekanbaru, Riau) 

-Favorite Winner: Janice Gravilla (Bogor, West Java) 


• Speech Competition Winner: 

-1st Winner : Manuela Sharissa Revely Sianipar (Santa Laurensia High School) 

-2nd Winner : Habibie Fauzan Hendriansyah (MAN 2 SAMARINDA) 

-3rd Reghita Nur Azizah (MAN 1 Pekanbaru)
